It is 5:45am and I have been up all night. Received word back from our agency late last night that they still have not received anything from the province. It will be two weeks tomorrow since the director signed it off. It is now one month and one day...since they turned Mei Lin's file down and we have been waiting very patiently for them to FIX it. I am going to call the province today, not sure yet what I'm going to say (but I've been rehearsing all night). I have had enough of this and I am tired of being a puppet on a string. This whole month has been torture, with dealing with mistake after mistake by the province. It is not our fault they have communication problems, but Daniel, Mei Lin and I are the ones paying for it. I feel like they are punishing us for some reason. I have little to no confidence left in the province, and it is really unfortunate that everything is left in their hands. My luck - I will call the province today and they will conveniently be on vacation for the next two weeks.
Sorry - had to vent (and cry)...I better try to get some sleep before I start hallucinating (sp?), as being dilusional...wouldn't make for a very good phone call to the province...
or would it??....hmmm. no, I'm kidding. (very tired)

Love Mei Lin for a name, I once worked with a Chinese lady in C'town who's name was Mei Lin.
Was going to ask you yesterday when I called your work but I knew it wasn't the time or the place, I would imaginebeing at work is pretty hard these days, when you would rather be making travel arrangments.
