Hi everyone. Here is the update I received from our agency today. They are doing all that they can for us. I hope everything works out for us!
Dear Daniel and Natalie:
I talked to CCAA last night. At the moment they still cannot find your dossier. The day the dossier arrived was the day they started their move. I was told that they would look through all the dossiers arrived those couple of days to see if yours was misplaced. I will talk to you after I have got back a report from CCAA.

Ugh! I hope this means special treatment when they find your dossier...I wonder how common it is to lose one? I hope they are looking right now, so they can get back to you immediately. Thanks for keeping me posted.

Hopefully Yulin will stay on them!! I'm getting a little nervous since I'm DTC July 14th. I know my dossier arrived on July 17th, but is it "lost" with yours?? I agree with Carolyn...I hope this means special treatment for you!!!!!!!
